Ultrahuman Ring Pro: Extended Battery, AI-Powered Health Insights, and Global Availability

22

Ultrahuman has launched the Ring Pro, a new smart ring designed for extended wear and deeper health analysis. Priced at $479, the Ring Pro boasts up to 15 days of battery life on a single charge – a significant upgrade over its predecessor, the Ring Air. The Pro also offers increased data storage, faster processing, and an improved heart-rate sensor.

Enhanced Hardware and AI Integration

The Ring Pro comes with a new charging case that extends battery life even further, storing enough power for 45 additional days. This case supports Qi wireless charging and includes features like a built-in locator, haptic notifications, and a power LED. The ring itself can store up to 250 days of health data, compared to less than a week for the Air model.

Alongside the hardware, Ultrahuman introduced Jade AI, a biointelligence platform that analyzes data from the Ring Pro, Blood Vision, and other Ultrahuman devices. Jade provides personalized recommendations, detects health anomalies like atrial fibrillation, and even suggests interventions, such as adjusting diet or ordering specific foods. The company plans to integrate more lifestyle features into Jade over time.

US Market Excluded

Despite these improvements, the Ring Pro is not currently available in the United States due to an ongoing patent dispute with Oura Ring. The device is available for preorder in other markets and will begin shipping in March.

Key Upgrades: Battery, Data, and AI

The Ring Pro’s key benefits include:

  • Extended Battery Life: Up to 15 days in Chill mode, 12 days in Turbo mode.
  • Increased Data Storage: 250 days of local data retention.
  • Improved Heart-Rate Sensing: Redesigned for better signal quality.
  • AI-Powered Insights: Jade AI provides real-time, actionable health recommendations.

New software features include GLP-1 effect tracking, snoring and respiratory analysis, and migraine management tools via the PowerPlug add-on platform.

“With industry-leading hardware paired with Jade biointelligence AI, users can now take real-time actionable interventions towards their health than ever before,” said Mohit Kumar, CEO of Ultrahuman.

The Ring Pro is available in gold, silver, black, and titanium finishes, with sizes ranging from 5 to 14.

In conclusion: The Ultrahuman Ring Pro represents a significant step forward in wearable health technology, offering extended battery life and AI-driven insights. The exclusion from the US market remains a limitation, but the device’s global availability positions it as a compelling option for users seeking advanced biometric tracking.
